Steady Hearts in Unsteady Moments
A lovely new week to you.🌸
Every sustainable project starts with a well grounded foundation. In our case that foundational work happens in the mind, the heart, and the spirit.
This week, I lived that truth.I was preparing for an important work assessment, and honestly, it left me feeling unsettled as I tried to get all the materials together and ensure everything was in place.
During our family devotional on courage, the action point was to ask: what are you afraid of, and how can you remember how God has helped you in the past?
That moment helped me see how my unsteady heart had spilled over into the chaos I was feeling. When I handed it to God and He steadied my heart, the assessment was still looming — but peace had returned.
It reminded me that so often, we assume the problem is our environment. The pressure. The deadline. The season.
But Scripture keeps drawing us back to the real source.
“As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.”
What we consistently believe, rehearse, and feed on inside eventually shows up in how we respond when pressure comes.
The crisis may be real. But the mindset determines the response.
And quiet confidence is built one intentional moment at a time - not in noise or applause.
So this week, I’m inviting you to review:
• What you are feeding your mind with?
Because pressure will reveal how solid your roots are indeed.
Thank you for walking this journey with me.
Keep building inwardly. Keep believing. Keep becoming the woman God already sees.
Yours in walking and becoming,❤️
Teim
